Summary: I wouldn’t waste money on this thing. Though it will work with bonded steel pans (such as All-Clad) it makes a high pitched buzzing noise apparently related to the pan being vibrated.

I picked one of these up on sale at newegg for $59.99.

it would be a nice little appliance. I was hoping it was going to have a very responsive temperature control like for cooking crepes or pancakes.
